Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we handle returns differently than large retailers. We partner with reliable print providers who stand behind their work.

✅ Free Replacements & Refunds (Our Errors)

We offer a free replacement or a full refund if there is an issue caused by our production partners. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 15 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (wrong design, size, or product type).

To report an issue:

  1. Take clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect item you received.

  2. Email the photos along with your order number to CustomerService@1419Supplyco.com

  3. Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund typically within 1-3 business days.

Items do not need to be returned to us if they are defective or wrong unless otherwise specified by us. Photos are normally sufficient for us to process a replacement.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges (Customer Errors)

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the issue is due to a customer error, as all products are custom-made at the time of order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Please check these charts carefully before ordering.

  • Change of Mind: We cannot refund orders if you decide you no longer want the item.

  • Customer Damage: Items damaged after delivery (e.g., washed incorrectly, ripped, stained).

  • Minor Color Variation: Slight color differences between the screen preview and the physical product are normal and not considered defects.

We may offer a discount code for a future purchase in these situations, but we cannot accept a return.

📦 Items Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to the print facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed at customs/post office, we will contact you. You will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment once we confirm the correct address.
